Working as a social worker at a school for learners with special educational needs (LSEN) involves supporting students with diverse challenges, ensuring they have access to appropriate resources, and fostering a positive school environment. Providing counseling and support to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, or social issues. Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create tailored educational plans and interventions. Responding to crises and helping students develop coping strategies. Connecting families with external resources and support. Tracking students' progress and adjusting support strategies as needed. This role is vital in creating an inclusive environment where all students can thrive.

We provide emotional support for learners, parents and teachers. Parental guidance. Referrals to police and welfare services. Liaison with other professionals to implement a support plan for individual children.
